Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of irradiated mouse medulloblastoma tumors

To investigate the effects of radiation on transcriotome change in medulloblastoma on a single cell level, we performed RNA sequcening analysis with single cells derived from mouse medulloblastoma tissue, after mice received FLASH and standard proton irradiation. Overall design: Mice bearing medulloblastoma was treated by 10-Gy FLASH and standard radiotherapy. Tumor-derived single cells were analyzed by single-cell RNAseq analysis.
