Identification of key developmental genes regulated by ALX1 in human isogenic PSC model

To identify the key developmental genes regulated by ALX1 in the neural crest cell stage, we establsihed isogenic PSC lines with different ALX1 genotype (patient-specific missense mutation, large deletion or control/wild-type). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cells of 3 different genotypes at PSC stage and NCC stage Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for H9 cells with different ALX1 genotype (knock-in, knock-out, and control).
