Alpha-pinene and methyl salicylate mixing ratios collected on the ATTO INSTANT tower in January 2023

This dataset contains the abundances of (-)-alpha-pinene, (+)-alpha-pinene and methyl salicylate in the Amazon rainforest canopy given as mixing ratios with units of parts per trillion (pptV) and percentage uncertainties. The data was processed from cartridge samples taken at 23m on ATTO INSTANT tower during 8th January 2023 to 13th January 2023. Samples were taken every 1.5 hours for 30 minutes. Sampling start and end times are given as local Manaus time (UTC-4).
