College-to-Career College Student/Early-Career Alumni Survey Instrument

This original survey instrument was developed to examine the experiences of college students and recent graduates in their transition from postsecondary education to the workforce. It includes questions on educational background, socioeconomic status, campus engagement, career-related services, financial resources, employment outcomes, and multiple dimensions of capital (technical, social, cultural, and identity-based).The survey is intended for use in institutional research, program evaluation, or applied research-practice partnerships (RPPs) focused on improving college-to-career outcomes, particularly for first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students.
