Transcriptomes of MPO-deficient patients with generalized pustular psoriasis reveals expansion of CD4+ cytotoxic T cells and an involvement of the complement system [PBMCs]

We performed a systematic analysis of differential gene expression in a wide set of peripheral human immune cells of MPO-deficient patients using single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNAseq) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in stable disease state. Overall design: single cell RNA-sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 2 patients and 3 healthy donors, where samples from the first patient were extracted at two different time points
