Data for Using imaging photoplethysmography for heart rate estimation in non-human primates

Raw data for imaging photoplethysmogram extraction collected in 9 recording sessions from three rhesus monkeys. <br>Data for each session consist of three files:<br>SessionN.bin - raw color signal data in binary file, in format r1 g1 b1 r2 g2 ....;<br>SessionN_ROIdata.txt - metadata of ROI used for data color signal computing;<br>SessionN_interframeDif.txt - interframe differences in the video, proxy for the amount of motion.
