Run logs for "Running the Operator: Synthetic Tests of Status Promotion" (Deligiannis, Mangalam, Hutson). One JSON record per run, with every evaluated candidate, its features, admissibility, repair edits, scaffold cost and realised gain. Version 3 adds six archives to the two earlier versions. runs_v3 (gated agents A2-gated, A3-gated), runs_v4 (trial-factor charge: A2-gated-charged, A2-repair-charged) and runs_v5 (charge sweep at 12.5, 16 and 20 bits, and blanket refusal of numerical candidates: A2-gated-nonum) cover the 114 cells of the protocol at three budgets. runs_indep, runs_indep2 and runs_indep3 cover the 72 decoy cells rerun under the re-specified decoy construction (|δ| drawn independently in [0.1, 0.3] ε_meas, sign random; design v0.9, S8) for all 21 agents. Together with runs_full (nine pre-registered agents), runs_v2 (four further agents) and runs_p9 (P9 follow-up) from versions 1 and 2, the record holds 1,171,800 runs: 718,200 on the protocol and 453,600 on the re-specified decoy cells.
