三种极旱荒漠生境下濒危植物裸果木种群结构数据集

裸果木为古地中海旱生植物区系孑遗种，是砾质荒漠的主要建群种之一。2014年8-9月，数据集作者对甘肃安西极旱荒漠国家级自然保护区的水冲滩地（40&deg9′42.18″N；96&deg46′8.70″E）、山间冲沟（40&deg10′23.10″N；96&deg31′58.98″E）和平缓戈壁（40&deg3′1.20″N；95&deg59′37.26″E）三种生境条件下裸果木种群的样地进行了调查。在每种生境中，选择一块面积为3600m&sup2的有代表性的裸果木样地，每一样地划分为36个10mx10m的样方，记录样方内每种灌木的个体数量、高度、冠幅和盖度等指标。在此调查基础上，采用裸果木高度级结构代替年龄结构，分别统计不同生境下裸果木各龄级植株的个体数，采用匀滑技术对数据进行处理，编制不同生境裸果木种群的静态生命表，绘制其存活曲线和生存分析函数的曲线。该数据集包括三种生境（极旱荒漠区水冲滩地、山间冲沟和平缓戈壁）条件下，濒危植物裸果木种群的静态生命表数据（表1）和生存分析函数数据（表2）、实地调查的植物群落组成及其数量特征数据（表3、4、5）。数据存储为. xlsx格式，数据量为34KB。该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《植物生态学报》2015年39卷第10期。

Gymnocarpos przewalskii is a relict species of the paleomediterranean xerophytic flora, and one of the main constructive species of gravelly deserts. From August to September 2014, the dataset authors conducted surveys on plots of Gymnocarpos przewalskii populations under three habitat conditions in the Gansu Anxi Extreme Arid Desert National Nature Reserve: alluvial flats (40°9′42.18″N; 96°46′8.70″E), mountain gullies (40°10′23.10″N; 96°31′58.98″E), and gentle gobi (40°3′1.20″N; 95°59′37.26″E). For each habitat, a representative 3600 m² plot of Gymnocarpos przewalskii was selected, and each plot was divided into 36 10m×10m quadrats. Indicators including the number, height, crown width and coverage of each shrub species within the quadrats were recorded. Based on this survey, the height-class structure of Gymnocarpos przewalskii was used to replace its age structure. The number of individuals of Gymnocarpos przewalskii plants at each age class under different habitats was counted separately. The data were processed using smoothing techniques, static life tables of Gymnocarpos przewalskii populations under different habitats were compiled, and their survival curves and curves of survival analysis functions were plotted. This dataset includes static life table data (Table 1) and survival analysis function data (Table 2) of the endangered plant Gymnocarpos przewalskii populations under the three habitats (alluvial flats, mountain gullies and gentle gobi in the extreme arid desert area), as well as data on plant community composition and their quantitative characteristics obtained from field surveys (Tables 3, 4, 5). The data are stored in .xlsx format, with a total size of 34 KB. The analytical and research results of this dataset were published in *Acta Phytoecologica Sinica*, Volume 39, Issue 10, 2015.
