Raw MeRIP-seq Data from Human Pancreatic Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) Treated with Veillonella parvula Culture Supernatant (VM) or Control Medium (CM)

This dataset contains raw MeRIP-seq (m6A RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing) data from human pancreatic tumor-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) treated with Veillonella parvula culture supernatant (VM) or control medium (CM). The aim of this dataset is to enable analysis of m6A RNA methylation changes in pancreatic CAFs upon exposure to V. parvula-derived secreted factors. RNA methylation profiling was conducted using the riboMeRIPTM m6A Transcriptome Profiling Kit (RIBOBIO) following the manufacturer's protocol. Briefly, 100 μg fragmented RNA (~100 nt) was immunoprecipitated with anti-m6A magnetic beads (4°C, 4 hr). After stringent washing (50 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.4, 1 M NaCl, 1% NP-40), bound RNA was eluted using competition buffer containing 6.7 mM m6A nucleoside.
