293T and A549 COVGT#5 reporter cell lines treated with COVGT#5 inducers IFN mix or 3p-hpRNA and synergistic drug combinations to identify co-regulated genes upon COVGT#5 modulation. 293T and A549 COVGT#5 reporter cells were induced with IFN mix (20ng/ml IFNa-2a, 20ng/ml IFNa-2b, 20ng/ml IFNb, 10ng/ml IL-28, 5ng/ml IFNg) or 3p-hpRNA (0.1µg/ml) followed by TOPi (30nM Topotecan, 100nM Etoposide) or JAKi (100nM Baricitinib, 300nM Tofacitinib) treatment, sorted by FACS based on mCherry (reporter gene) intensity (as indicated in sample name) and subjected to RNA-sequencing.
