In this dataset, chloroplast genome data of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. 'Wanlou 20' were collected from mature plant leaves in buried mountains of Anhui province. The samples were sequenced by Illumina sequencing platform, and then assembled through rigorous bioinformatics analysis. The aim is to provide key genetic information for the phylogeny, genetic diversity and variety identification of cucurbitaceae plants.
