Genome-wide reconstruction of the bacterial response to single and multiple stress in Shigella flexneri 2a str. 2457T (S. flexneri RNA-Seq)

The genome-wide analysis was carried out to find out the genes responsible for single and multiple stress in Shigella flexneri 2a str. 2457T. This result can be offered to explain bacterial responses, such as the capacity to survive and elicit infections. Shigella sflexneri 2a str. 2457T is cultured in modified M9 minimal medium with 0.2% (w/v) glucose as the carbon source upto exponential phase.
