CLASS (version 1.0) is a catalogue of the earthquakes that occurred in the Italian peninsula from 1981 to 2018. It is composed of probabilistic locations based on P- and S-arrival times recorded at INGV Seismic Network and other permanent networks in the period 1981-2008, and only at INGV Seismic Network from 2009 to 2018. CLASS 1.0 includes 422,557 hypocenters categorized by quality classification; for 350,312 events a magnitude estimation is attributed. Note that CLASS has not been cleaned yet for anthropogenic events (e.g., quarry blasts). Available magnitudes are associated with earthquake locations from the most recent datasets and bulletins of Italian seismicity.
