In this work, we studied how the profile of spontaneous differentiation in NSC cultures changes with an increase in the duration of their passaging in in vitro culture. We performed bulk transcriptome analysis (15 samples of IPSC-KYOU and 8 samples of IPSC-AFS17 derived neural cells cultures) and scRNA-seq (IPSC-KYOU) at various passages and found that the spectrum of spontaneous differentiation shifts during long-term cultivation.
