We aim to the investigate the role of RNF168 in breast cancer progression. NEC cells were used as the model and RNF168 was silenced by siRNA. The NEC cells were treated with 50nM stramble siRNA and siSMURF1. After 48 hours, cells were harvested and the total RNA was extacted by Qiagen kit. The RNA sample was sent to BGI for RNA expression anaylsis.
