The heart is associated with a variety of organs, including the liver, especially under pathological conditions. In clinical practice, it has been observed that some patients with liver cirrhosis are accompanied by cardiac fibrosis and decreased cardiac function, which affects the prognosis of patients and has research significance. To investigate the underlying mechanism of liver cirrhosis on cardiac function, carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) was used to establish an animal model in C57BL/6J mice. Mice were divided into Control group and CCL4 group, with 3 mice in each group. At the end of modeling, the cardiac fibroblasts(CFs) of mice were isolated for sequencing.
