Gut microbiota and its metabolites contribute to the development of NAFLD. Accumulating evidence demonstrates that dysbiosis caused by HFD may be involved in NAFLD progression, while the gut microbiota composition of rats with NAFLD has not been well characterized. We used 16SrRNA to explore gut microbiota in NAFLD rats.
