Data and code for: The Economics of Inequality and the Environment

We here provide the replication package that contains instructions, code and data to reproduce the figures contained in the paper "The Economics of Inequality and the Environment", forthcoming in The Journal of Economic Literature. The data are drawn from two datasets (based on Budolfson et al. 2021; and provided to us by the authors of Drupp et al. 2024) and data reported in Table 3 of Gilli et al. (2024). Two main R-files and a Matlab-file, one for each figure, run the code to generate the figures. The replicator should expect the output within minutes.
