Low resolution Crystal DATA of BASC-NB53-NB58

X-ray data was obtained in ID30.1 in ESRF Synchrotron. The low-resolution crystal data for BASC-NB53-NB58 was processed using the AutoProc toolbox (Vonrhein et al, 2011). Then, obtain phases through molecular replacement with PHASER (McCoy, 2007) using the structures of BasC and Nb74 (PDB ID: 6F2G) as templates. After that, carry out model building into the electron density map in COOT (Emsley et al, 2010), followed by a few cycles of structure refinement in REFMAC5 (Murshudov et al, 2011) to obtain a map. Nb 53 and 58 structures were modelled using their sequences in modeller using NB74 (PDBID 6F2G:chainB) as a model, just to fit in map and see their binding sites.
