通过对小程序中用户车辆泊车情况实时更新道路泊位状态，用户可通过小程序输入道路泊位区域，查询区域内道路泊位情况，以选择合适的泊位地点，避免在高峰时段遇到泊位困难，从而实现统一的管理、监测和分析。根据道路泊位数据计算泊位利用率和泊位周转率，优化道路泊位的资源分配和管理，提高泊位的利用率、周转率和服务质量。同时，也能为合理规划泊位设施的建设和布局提供数据支持。1.数据采集：通过小程序后台获取智慧停车道路泊位的相关信息和分析信息，把这些信息存储后用于计算；2、数据处理：通过道路泊车场数量、道路泊车位数量、泊车总数量、在用泊车位数量、空闲泊车位数量从而计算得出泊位利用率和泊位周转率；3、算法加工：泊位利用率=在用泊车位数量/道路泊车位数量，泊位周转率=泊车总数量/道路泊车位数量。

1. Data Collection: Acquire relevant information and analysis data of on-street parking spaces for the smart parking system from the backend of the mini-program, and store these data for subsequent calculation operations.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the parking space utilization rate and turnover rate based on the following metrics: the number of on-street parking lots, total number of on-street parking spaces, total number of parked vehicles, number of occupied parking spaces, and number of vacant parking spaces.
