This RNA-seq dataset was generated to investigate transcriptomic changes induced by mitochondrial hyperfusion in HeLa cells. Wild-type, DRP1-knockout, and DRP1-knockout with MFN1/2-knockdown cells were analyzed. The dataset provides insight into gene expression changes associated with mitochondrial hyperfusion and innate immune activation.
