Whole Genome Sequencing of faecal samples from Lambs (Ovis aries), kids (Capra hircus), Lactating goats (Capra hircus), Heifers (Bos taurus)

This study aims to investigate the fungal Isolates from faecal samples of Lambs (Ovis aries) and Lactating goats (Capra hircus) and kids (Capra hircus). Utilizing a whole genome sequencing approach for the eukarytotes, the research seeks to understand the fungal community from the fecal samples, functional genes and potential of the same by analyzing the biocules.
