Data set for Tuning the magnon transport properties of Y3Fe5O12 with a cobalt phthalocyanine layer
收藏资源简介:
The dataset file includes: Figure 1 shows the nonlocal device structure of YIG with a CoPc molecular overlayer and the angle-dependent local resistance. Figure 2 presents the nonlocal voltages of devices with and without a CoPc overlayer. Figure 3 displays the FMR frequency measurements of the pristine YIG film and YIG with a CoPc layer. Figure 4 shows the nonlocal voltage amplitude, normalized to the applied current, as a function of injector–detector distance for electrically generated magnon currents in the devices. Figure 5 presents the measured FMR linewidths and the fitted Gilbert damping constants of YIG/CoPc and pristine YIG structures. The supporting figures are as follows: Figure S1 shows the nonlocal voltage amplitude versus applied current for both electrically and thermally excited magnon currents in devices with and without a CoPc overlayer. Figure S2 displays the field-dependent nonlocal signal for electrically excited magnon currents in devices with and without a CoPc overlayer in the high-field regime. Figure S3 presents the field-dependent nonlocal signals for electrically excited magnon currents in devices with and without a CoPc layer at different temperatures. Figure S4 shows the field-dependent nonlocal signal for thermally excited magnon currents in devices with and without a CoPc overlayer in the high-field regime. Figure S5 shows the measured FMR spectra of pristine YIG and YIG/CoPc structures as a function of frequency. Figure S6 presents the thermally excited nonlocal magnon currents in devices with and without a CoPc overlayer as a function of injector–detector distance.
