The aim of the TRICETOX project was to assess the ecotoxicological impact of natural and synthetic beta-triketones on soil microbial community. This study assessed the impact of beta-triketones treatment (sulcotrione, leptospermone) on the bacterial diversity in soil microcosms using 16S rDNA pyrosequencing.
