RESP2: An uncertainty-aware multi-target multi-property optimization AI pipeline for antibody discovery

Raw sequence read data associated with the paper with the same title as the project title. These reads are raw sequence read data for the heavy chains of antibodies screened against SARS-Cov2 antigens using yeast display. The antibodies are not from a particular organism but rather are produced by mutagenesis of a parent. They are expressed in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
