Fruit RNAseq of Solanum Lycopersicum LEC1-LIKE4 mutants vs WT

This study investigates the role of the NF-Y transcription factor LEAFY-COTYLEDON1-LIKE4 (L1L4) in tomato fruit development using RNA-sequencing data from zinc finger nuclease (ZFN)-targeted disruption lines. Differential gene expression (DEG) analysis of fruit from two independent l1l4 mutant lines was compared to wild-type. Samples are named as WT (control) and the L1L4 disruption lines as M7_5 and M29_2. Extra numbers following the sample name refer to biological replicates.
