PlantCHRs

PlantCHRs currently contains CHRs and chromatin remodeling complex members from 79 plant species. Users can access basic annotation information, physicochemical properties of proteins, protein domains, gene family information, and interacting protein information of these CHRs. In addition, we have developed an online tool for predicting CHRs and chromatin remodeling complex members in newly sequenced plant species using PlantCHRs. We hope that our database will contribute to the study of plant chromatin remodeling factors.PlantCHRs数据库目前收录了79种植物的染色质重塑因子（CHRs）及染色质重塑复合物成员。用户可查询上述CHRs的基础注释信息、蛋白质理化性质、蛋白质结构域、基因家族信息以及互作蛋白质信息。此外，本团队基于PlantCHRs开发了一款在线工具，可用于预测新测序植物物种中的CHRs与染色质重塑复合物成员。本数据库期望可为植物染色质重塑因子的相关研究提供助力。
