methylationLOC: Data for RNA methylation and subcellular localization analysis

This dataset contains the data files used for methylationLOC, a study of RNA methylation and subcellular localization. The dataset includes curated RNA sequence and subcellular localization annotations, RNA methylation annotation files collected from public resources, and an integrated processed dataset linking RNA subcellular localization with multiple RNA methylation types, including m6A, m5C, m1A, and m7G. An auxiliary script for generating model performance and confusion matrix plots is also included.
