Compare the effects of obesity induced by high-fat diet on the transcriptome of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells in mice. Specifically, C57bl6j mice were fed with 60% high-fat diet and 10% normal diet respectively, and the transcriptomes of hematopoietic stem cells in their bone marrow were compared after six weeks.
