Images of Cos lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. longifolia) across three growth stages (small/seedling, medium/mid-growth, large/near-harvest), collected from a controlled indoor farming system and Hydro Green Garden Farm (with consent). 301 JPEG images. Used to train and evaluate a YOLOv11 model for growth-stage classification and computer-vision browning detection. Bounding-box annotations are not included.
