We study the influence of Bacteria on the olfactory comunication in birds. More precisely we investigate the skin associated Bacteria using 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing. We compare different bird species of the same family and identify differences and similarities between the skin Micorbiom. Moreover, we are interested in the association of theses Bacteria with the potential odour production.
