mCHH island bed files

From the paper "CHH Methylation Islands: A non-conserved feature of grass genomes that is positively associated with transposable elements but negatively associated with gene-body methylation." (Martin et al., 2021) Methods are described therein. For each of the eight species included, files include 100 bp windows with enriched mCHH levels near (within 2 kb) of annotated genes. These include only the highest mCHH window associated with each gene. Files with full regions of mCHH enrichment are available upon request ([e-mail]).
