该数据集包含两部分：随机与聚类模拟药物相互作用数据（Random & Cluster simulation）和真实场景药物相互作用数据（Real_scene_drugbank）。随机与聚类模拟部分提供用于基准测试评估的DDI数据，其中随机策略指药物的随机分割，聚类策略指基于聚类的分布变化模拟。真实场景部分则根据药物上市时间线，将来自DrugBank的DDI数据分为训练集、验证集和测试集。
The dataset consists of two parts: Random & Cluster simulation DDI data and Real_scene_drugbank DDI data. The Random & Cluster simulation part provides DDI data for benchmarking evaluation, with random strategy referring to the random split of drugs and cluster strategy referring to the cluster-based distribution change simulation. The Real_scene part divides the DDI data from DrugBank into training, validation, and test sets based on the drug market approval timeline.
