The dataset consists of two parts: Random & Cluster simulation DDI data and Real_scene_drugbank DDI data. The Random & Cluster simulation part provides DDI data for benchmarking evaluation, with random strategy referring to the random split of drugs and cluster strategy referring to the cluster-based distribution change simulation. The Real_scene part divides the DDI data from DrugBank into training, validation, and test sets based on the drug market approval timeline.
