SynCellNet: Generative AI Framework for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data Generation and Validation. This dataset contains two single-cell gene expression datasets used in the study: (1) cancer cells from patient-derived organoids (PDOs), classified into stem-like and differentiated populations, and (2) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), annotated as B cells and monocytes.
