This dataset contains 14 data files:
Tristerix.txt = Dromiciops bozinovici activity data from camera traps installed in front of Tristerix corymbosus mistletoes.Desmaria.txt = Dromiciops bozinovici activity data from camera traps installed in front of Desmaria mutabilis mistletoesdata_Dg.csv = Camera trap records for the first period (2017-2018 and 2018-2019).temp_alt_data.csv = Temperature and altitude information for camera trap records.visrate_data = Dromiciops bozinovici visitation rates (to both mistletoe species) for the second period.Four Genetix files (.gtx), one for each mistletoe species and forest types, containing SNP data.bootstrap_data.csv = bootstrap results for observed heterocygosity (Ho), expected heterocygosity (He), inbreeding coefficient (FIS), allelic richness (AR), and the total number of alleles (TA). Mean and 95% confidece intervals were calculated upon 1000 bootstraps.Four text files (.txt), one for each mistletoe species and forest types, containing UTM coordinates.
