EndMyopia Case Report Registry v2.0: 344 self-reported adult myopia-reduction cases (2013–2026)

Version 2.0 of a structured, openly auditable registry of self-reported adult myopia-reduction cases, indexed from publicly published and directly submitted first-hand reports (2013–2026) by users of the EndMyopia behavioral myopia-management approach. This version adds 74 net-new self-reported cases documented since v1.0 (two duplicates merged; three child cases excluded from the adult analysis set). 363 records are indexed; 19 are excluded (17 child, 1 post-LASIK, 1 pending verification), leaving a 344-case adult analysis set. Each case carries a verification class (official record; third-party exam reported; dated self-measurement; published report without numbers; numbers with unclear method), start/end refractive values where derivable, a time window, and a per-case reduction rate computed only where a 12-month-plus window was documented. This registry documents people who used the free method self-directed, and who voluntarily reported results. It deliberately excludes the much larger BackTo20/20 program-participant dataset, which is held separately. It is a self-selected, predominantly self-reported registry: it cannot express a population success rate and is not a clinical trial. It is released to enable independent scrutiny of individual-level data and to motivate prospective controlled study. Summary (adult set): median start −5.00 D (range −0.75 to −13.75); median recorded reduction −1.75 D; 61 cases fall in the third-party-exam or official-record verification classes; among cases with a 12-month-plus window (n=84) the median reduction rate was 1.25 D/yr (IQR 0.63–1.99). All cases derive from reports the participants published or submitted. Direct given-name identifiers have been removed from this deposit; individuals may remain inferable from the cited source posts, which are retained for verification.
