Outcomes of all referrals were documented. Those with follow-up were categorized by diagnosis, including passing rescreening without intervention (“passed rescreen”) and “unable to test”. Those without further evaluation were separated by reason: pending appointment (“pending”), no appointment sought (“no follow-up”), or no contact able to be established (“no information”).
