The files shows the channel-averaged fitting coefficients for the optical properties of ice and water clouds (including asymmetry factor, extinction coefficients and single-scattering albedo) at the Himawari-8 satellites AHI thermal infrared channels. The optical properties of clouds are parameterized by the cloud effective length for ice clouds based on the Voronoi model, and by the effective radius for water clouds based on the Lorenz-Mie theory.
