This dataset contains the amino acid sequence of a computationally designed multi-epitope vaccine candidate targeting Ehrlichia canis, the causative agent of canine monocytic ehrlichiosis. The vaccine construct was designed using immunoinformatics and structural vaccinology approaches, incorporating conserved B-cell and T-cell epitopes from outer membrane proteins, linked with flexible spacers (AAY/GPGPG/KK) and adjuvanted with ribosomal protein L7/L12. This synthetic protein sequence represents a novel vaccine candidate developed through in silico methods.
