The basal-like breast cancer cell line HCC1143 was treated with either the MEK inhibitor Trametinib or the PI3K/mTOR inhibitor BEZ235 for 72hr, at which point DNA was collected for whole-exome sequencing. A control sample was treated with DMSO. All drugs were used at a concentration of 1uM.
