To test whether TDCIPP-induced alterations in cytosine methylation within a previously identified loci (lmo7b) persisted later in embryonic development, embryos (50 per replicate) were treated with vehicle or 0.78 uM TDCIPP from 0.75 hpf to 6 hpf, 0.75 hpf to 24 hpf, or 0.75 hpf to 48 hpf.
