资源简介:
The purpose of this study was to analyze the SanguPalu Application using the success of the Delone and Mc Lean models. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the people of Palu who had used the SanguPalu application with a total of 141 respondents through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The structural model analysis revealed that information quality and system quality significantly influence both intentions to use and user satisfaction, while service quality did not show a significant impact on either. Additionally, the intention to use positively affected user satisfaction, and both intentions to use and user satisfaction significantly influenced net benefits. The R-square values indicated that the model has good explanatory power, particularly for user satisfaction (R² = 0.603) and net benefits (R² = 0.450). These findings underscore the critical roles of information quality, system quality, and user satisfaction in the success of e-government applications, providing valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to enhance the effectiveness of digital public services.
