The record contains scRNAseq data obtained by 10X platform applied on CD45+ and CD45- cells isolated from Pten-/-; Trp53-/- prostatic tumors. 2 biological replicates were performed. This record also contains spatial transcriptomics data from a human prostate cancer biopsy.
