This project shows us how we can identify the products of knapping from left and right-handed knappers in Pleistocene assemblages.
1) Design the methodology how to identify the technical features of the flakes knapped by right-handed and left handed knappers.
2) Define a methodology to identify the dispersal patterns of items during the process of knapping.
3) Apply these new methodologies to the archaeological record of Abric Romani and Gran Dolina, Atapuerca.
