Cephalothrix simula transcriptome

Nemertea is a poorly studied type of non-segmented worms that can contain toxins of various nature, including peptide ones. Toxic proteins are promising substances that can be used in many fields of science and medicine. This project is devoted to the transcriptomic analysis of the content of protein toxins in nemerteans.
