This project aims to build the cell atlas of a healthy adult human heart. We collected samples from multiple sites of human hearts and built a skeleton human adult heart atlas.The atlas reveals multi-level spatial heterogeneiyt of cardiac cells,vertical gradients in gene expression of cardiomyocytes in left ventricle and vasculature zonation of vessel-associated cells.本项目旨在构建健康成人心脏的细胞图谱（cell atlas）。研究团队从人类心脏的多个解剖位点采集样本，构建了人类成人心脏骨架细胞图谱。该图谱揭示了心肌细胞的多维度空间异质性、左心室心肌细胞基因表达的垂直梯度，以及血管相关细胞的血管分区特征。
