Expanding the product potential in anaerobic mixed cultures

This project studies anaerobic processing of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OFMSW) with mixed bacterial cultures. Influence of process parameters such as HRT, temperature, pH and origin of inoculum was investigated on product spectrum, production rates and composition of microbial consortia present in bioreactors.
