Bulk RNA-seq of the CD and LPD-fed mice injected with vector control or c-Met/?N90-ß-catenin by SB-HTVI

We performed bulk RNA-seq to compare liver tissues from 4 groups of mice: vector control fed with CD, c-Met/ß-cat mice fed with CD, vector control fed with LPD, and c- Met/ß-cat mice fed with LPD. Differential gene expression and gene set enrichment analyses (GSEA) were performed and identified two clusters that might help explain the differential tumor development in the CD and LPD groups. Overall design: Vec and c-Met/?N90-ß-catenin fed with CD or LPD (n=3 in each group) were harvested at the endpoint of the CD-fed c-Met/?N90-ß-catenin mice.
