Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) was heavy globe health issue and interferon (IFN) was one of main first-line therapies for CHB. Non-target transcriptomic and metabolomic profiles in the CHB patient serum with interferon treatment were performed to investigate the altered transcriptome，metabolites and their correlation, the effect and mechanism of interferon treatment for CHB.
